Room Rate
Our rooms are based on double occupancy at $149 a night per room.
Single occupancy is $99 a night per room.
For more than 2 people in your party, Each additional person 14 and older in the room is $50 extra per night.  Children under 14 are $25 per night.

A two-night mininum stay is required.

There is a 5% discount for cash payment. Other promotions available, call for more information.
Room rates do not include taxes.
All rooms are non-smoking; we are a smoke free facility.



Deposit and Cancellation Policy
One night deposit is required to hold your reservation, by credit card. We are to be notified 1 week prior for any cancellations or changes for a full refund of deposit.  Failing to do so will result in your loss of deposit, and your credit card will be charged for one night stay.

We accept cash, traveler checks, VISA, Mastercard and Discover card for payment.

Children 6 years and older are welcome.  Younger children are welcome in large groups renting three rooms.  Please call for more information.

Check in time starting at 3:00pm.  We need to be notified if arriving after 9:00pm
Check out at 11:00am. 

Breakfast time will be decided the night before.  We are flexible and will serve earlier or later depending on your schedule.  Coffee is available at anytime.

 Dogs are welcome!  See our Pet Policy on the Dogs Welcome page. If you bring your dog you will be asked to sign it at check in. Please review it ahead of time. Thank you!

We have a house dog his name is Buddy.  He is well behaved and will stay at the main level of the Lodge.  If you feel at anytime he is a bother, we will be happy to keep him in the Inn Keepers' private area of the Deer Haven Lodge & Inn.
